Ephyra is shy, but the shyness will melt away either when she gets to know the person or if she sees something exciting that she has never seen before.
Backstory (This will be a rough draft of her background for now. Forgive me for how bad it is.):
Ephyra was born into a beautiful underwater world with a family that loved her very much.
As Ephyra got older it was clear to her parents that she wanted more then just the throne of the Neptuna Kingdom. Ephyra wanted to explore outside of the ocean. So, her parents made a deal with Ephyra she could explore as much as she wanted, but to keep her from remaining on land forever her parents put a spell on her. If she did not return before nightfall her human legs would turn back into her tail and she would have a limited amount of time to get back to the ocean before she died.
Now Ephyra would never allow their child to die especially when she was the heir to their throne, but they had to spook her in some way to keep her from ignoring her duties as a princess. Her parents also made a rule that she had to have her trusty friend and bodyguard with her at all time.
At first Ephyra was furious with her parents for putting limits on her wants to explore, but after she thought about it, she realized it was better then her parents denying her wants and dreams all together. So, she agreed to these terms and now she cannot wait to begin her exploring!

Cruelty to animals, rude creatures, sharks, and fishermen.
Strengths:
Ephyra is an amazing swimming for obvious reasons. She can breathe underwater and very skilled with her staff.
Weaknesses:
Ephyra is not good at walking or anything that involves land. She If her feet get salt water on them while she is on land her mermaid fin will grow back leaving her very vulnerable and weak. If her tail dries out while she is on land or from the sun she will die.
Ambitions:
Ephyra wants to explore the whole world before her parents pass and she becomes queen.
Abilities: On land she can only use her abilities if there’s water nearby.
Offensive Power:
Ephyra can control the water, however, the more she uses her abilities the more worn out she becomes.
Defensive Power:
Ephyra can make a bubble of water around her body and others to keep them out of harms way. She can also turn her human body into water so if someone stabs her the weapon will go right through her.
Supportive Power:
Ephyra has the power to heal anyone if a part of her body is touching water. She can use the water to heal the person. She cannot use this power on herself.
Staff:
Ephyra’s staff is where most of her power comes from. She does have power on her own, but her staff amplifies her power.
Weaknesses:
If you take Ephyra’s staff from her underwater she will be a lot less powerful. Electric abilities will weaken her. If you splash water on her legs, her legs will turn back into her tail leaving her vulnerable and weak. If keep her out of the water without keeping her tail wet, she will die within an hour.
